At long last, the next Star Wars video game is finally here. Available on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga promises to be the biggest brick game yet, with players able to reenact all nine films, from The Phantom Menace to The Rise of Skywalker, and everywhere in between.
The Skywalker Saga has been a highly anticipated event for Star Wars fans ever since it was announced in 2019, especially as previous LEGO games set in a galaxy far, far away are beloved amongst the fandom. The last LEGO game in the franchise was The Force Awakens, meaning that this will be the first time fans will be able to play through the latter two sequel trilogy films, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker.
A particular aspect of the game that shows its sheer scale and size is the amount of playable characters. There are hundreds of famous heroes and villains, along with different outfits and looks, for players to choose from. Characters from each trilogy as well as spinoff roles are also included, such as the Mandalorian and Grogu.
