Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is the first MCU film of 2022 and follows the near $2 billion hit that was Spider-Man: No Way Home. The first Doctor Strange movie, helmed by director Scott Derrickson, grossing $677 million from a $165 million budget and Disney are aiming for even greater success with this long-awaited follow-up.

After a series of leaks and the latest trailer revealing the return of Patrick Stewart’s Professor Charles Xavier, speculation is rampant regarding Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. This is an exciting time for fans of the Marvel multiverse as Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men played prominent roles in Spider-Man: No Way Home and the recent releases of Venom: Let There Be Carnage and Morbius have intersected Sony’s Marvel films with the MCU. If rumors are true, minds are about to be blown with the number of appearances and reveals in the new Doctor Strange movie.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is in U.S. theaters May 6th.
