The Force has awakened, and with it comes more guest announcements for next month’s highly anticipated Star Wars Celebration, where fans are set to gather and share their love of the iconic franchise.
The Mandalorian stars Carl Weathers, Katee Sackhoff, and Emily Swallow have all been announced to attend Celebration in Anaheim next month. Weathers has been a frequent actor on The Mandalorian, having appeared in the pilot episode and several outings since. The famous performer has also moved into the directing chair with Chapter 12: The Siege. Sackhoff recently made the transition from animation to live action with her character Bo-Katan Kryze, who claims to have a right to the throne of Mandalore and the infamous darksaber. Emily Swallow most recently appeared in The Book of Boba Fett as The Armorer, who briefly helped Din Djarin train with the saber.
Elsewhere, Dee Bradley Baker and Michelle Ang, the two stars of The Bad Batch, have also been announced. Baker voices the clones in the animated series in a stunning display of his talent and range, while Ang plays the ever lovable Omega. Stunt coordinator Dickey Beer will also attend the event.
Guests already announced include Ian McDiarmid, Ashley Eckstein, Anthony Daniels, and more. All three play iconic characters in a galaxy far, far away, with McDiarmid in particular revealed to be the main villain of the entire Skywalker Saga in 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Eckstein has voiced Ahsoka Tano in The Clone Wars and Rebels, and Anthony Daniels has appeared in every Star Wars film since 1977, mostly as C-3PO. Giancarlo Esposito and Joonas Suotamo are also set to attend.
Star Wars Celebration takes place from May 26-29 in Anaheim, California.
