The Mandalorian season 3 is the next highly anticipated television project from Lucasfilm that is set in a galaxy far, far away. Fans have been eager for any new information on the upcoming season since the release of the first trailer at D23 Expo in September. Now, the official release date has been confirmed.
The Mandalorian season 3 will premiere on March 1, 2023. The new season, once again written by Jon Favreau, will follow Din Djarin as he attempts to make amends with his Mandalorian creed after he took off his helmet in Chapter 16. Based on the trailer, it looks like Bo-Katan will have a bigger role in this new season as her pseudo-rivalry with Djarin grows bigger.
