Some of our favorite parts of the book include a breakdown of costs (including how Jabba the Hutt’s sail barge and the Death Star II hangar set cost to build), George Lucas’ handwritten notes about the film, rare concept art, a detailed description of ideas Lucas considered for the film, and a comprehensive walkthrough of how every sequence of the film came to be from conception to script to filming to post-production.
