Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery had its highly anticipated Chicago premiere at the city’s annual festival festival yesterday, October 18. The Rian Johnson-directed murder mystery is the second in the series that has already become extremely popular with audiences; the first Knives Out film earned over $300 million worldwide.
Daniel Craig returns once again, but he is surrounded by a new supporting cast. Much like the Agatha Christie detectives that Johnson was influenced by, investigator Benoit Blanc is now dealing with a new group of potential killers. The new cast includes Edward Norton, Dave Bautista, Kathryn Hahn, and more.

Kathryn Hahn was in attendance at the Chicago screening last night and was the star of the show at a ceremony held just prior. The Illinois-native, who notably also starred in Marvel’s WandaVision last year, received a Career Achievement Tribute Award before the showing of Glass Onion.
The Chicago International Film Festival is in full swing now. Check out The HoloFiles’ list of five movies to look out for at the event.
