D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is right around the corner, which means plenty of announcements and reveals from a galaxy far, far away are incoming. StarWars.com recently revealed the full schedule of Star Wars and Lucasfilm programming at D23, which runs from Friday August 9th to Sunday August 11th in Anaheim, California.

Friday, August 9
LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy
Time: 12:00 p.m. PT
Location: Lucasfilm Booth
Description: Hear more about the upcoming special LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy from showrunners Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit, in addition to executive producer and Lucasfilm senior vice president, Franchise Content & Strategy James Waugh.
Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures – Nubs Meet & Greet
Time: 4:00 p.m. PT
Location: Lucasfilm Booth
Description: Yes, you are reading this correctly. Attendees to D23 2024 will have the opportunity to meet (and hug!) Nubs, the adorable Pooba character from Young Jedi Adventures.
Disney Entertainment Showcase
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm PT
Location: Honda Center
Description: This is the big event to look out for if you’re a Star Wars fan. The Disney Entertainment Showcase will be a star-studded panel giving attendees exclusive looks at upcoming movies and series. Surprise announcements and special guests are expected. We predict that the showcase will see the debut of the first trailer for Skeleton Crew, possibly the announcement of a new animated show, and (fingers crossed) a first look at the upcoming film The Mandalorian & Grogu. Saturday, August 10
Doug Chiang: Designing with Stagecraft
Time: 12:00 p.m. PT
Location: Lucasfilm Booth
Description: Lucasfilm’s senior vice president and executive design director Doug Chiang will be present on Saturday at the Lucasfilm Booth for an in-depth look at The Volume / Stagecraft technology.
A Lookback at The Acolyte with Manny Jacinto
Time: 4:00 p.m. PT
Location: Lucasfilm Booth
Description: Manny Jacinto, the actor who played The Stranger / Qimir in The Acolyte, will stop by the Lucasfilm Booth for a Q&A about his character and the series.
Sunday, August 11
A Conversation with Lucasfilm Animation
Time: 12:00 p.m. PT
Location: Lucasfilm Booth
Description: Athena Portillo (vice president, Animation Production) and Vanessa Marshall (voice of Hera in Star Wars Rebels) look back on Lucasfilm Animation’s two decades of acclaimed shows.
Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures – Nubs Meet & Greet

Description: Another opportunity to Attendees to meet (and hug!) Nubs, the adorable Pooba character from Young Jedi Adventures.
Disney Legends Awards Ceremony
Time: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm PT

Description: Honor the new class of Disney Legends – including Harrison Ford, John Williams, and Frank Oz – at the expo’s closing event.
Other Star Wars Programming at D23
In addition to what’s been previously, there are various ways to enjoy the world of Star Wars at this year’s D23 that run through the whole convention.
Lucasfilm Booth
The Lucasfilm Booth at D23 will give fans the opportunity to experience first-hand the magic of ILM StageCraft (aka The Volume) starting at 10am PT each day. The innovative technology that brought the worlds of The Mandalorian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Book of Boba Fett, and Ahsoka to life will be present at D23 for fans to enjoy photo ops and hear from the behind the scenes experts who work with the technology.
At 2pm PT during the expo, Lucasfilm Booth will host a special presentation from Legacy Effects, the creative minds who bring iconic aliens, creatures, and droids from the Star Wars galaxy (including Grogu!) to life.
Disney+ Pavilion
The Disney+ Pavilion at D23 will give fans a multitude of opportunities to celebrate the Star Wars Disney+ shows. In addition, fans visiting the Disney+ Pavilion will be able to participate in a Star Wars: Skeleton Crew photo opportunity inspired by the new series debuting on Disney+ in December.
Star Wars Darkade
Attendees at D23 will be able to attend the first-ever Star Wars villains-themed arcade, and win prizes while also taking a look at exciting new Star Wars products.
