Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning

The purported final film in the Mission: Impossible franchise hits theaters May 23, 2025. Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt alongside Hayley Atwell, Vanessa Kirby, Simon Pegg, Pom Klementieff, Ving Rhames, Esai Morales, and Henry Czerny.
Thunderbolts*

Marvel’s newest team got a Big Game trailer this year. Thunderbolts* hits theaters May 2, 2025 and stars Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Lewis Pullman. Still no idea what the * means in the title, but we think it has something to do with a name for the team.
Captain America: Brave New World

Releasing just days after the Super Bowl is Captain America: Brave New World. The latest MCU sees Anthony Mackie take on the mantle of Captain America and co-stars Harrison Ford as Red Hulk.
Jurassic World: Rebirth

Rogue One director Gareth Edwards steps into the director’s chair for the latest film in the Jurassic Park franchise. Starring Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Rupert Friend, and Jonathan Bailey, Jurassic World: Rebirth hits theaters July 2, 2025.
How to Train Your Dragon

The live-action remake of How to Train Your Dragon hits theaters June 13, 2025. The new film got a Big Game spot during this year’s Super Bowl.
Novocaine

One of the lesser known films to get a Big Game spot this year was Novocaine, a new action comedy starring Jack Quaid. Releasing March 14, 2025, Novocaine stars Quaid as a man who can’t feel pain try to rescue the girl of his dreams after she is kidnapped.
Smurfs

Rihanna headlines a new Smurfs film, which hits theaters July 18, 2025.
F1

Brad Pitt and Top Gun: Maverick director Joseph Kosinski team up for this sports drama featuring the Formula One World Championship. F1 hits theaters on June 27, 2025, just two days before the 2025 Austrian Grand Prix.
Lilo & Stitch

The live-action/CGI remake of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch hits theaters on May 23, 2025. Original writer-director Chris Sanders reprises his voice role as Stitch.
M3GAN 2.0

The sequel to M3GAN also got a teaser during the Super Bowl this year. The new Blumhouse Productions and Atomic Monster film hits theaters on June 27, 2025.
Sinners

Sinners comes from writer/director Ryan Coogler and stars Michael B. Jordan, who plays twin vampires in this horror thriller. Sinners hits theaters April 18, 2025.
