Spooky season has arrived, and so have a range of exciting new Star Wars releases for fans of a galaxy far, far away to get their hands on.
Below includes a list and descriptions of every upcoming Star Wars project releasing in October 2026. It is important to note that all of these release dates are subject to change.
October 6 – Star Wars: Galactic Racer

Star Wars returns to the world of racing video games with the release of Star Wars: Galactic Racer this month.
Developed by Fuse Games and published by Lucasfilm Games and Secret Mode, the game’s story takes place during the New Republic era and follows a character name Shade as he navigates unsanctioned racing matches in the Galactic League.
October 6 – Star Wars: Galactic Racer: The Art of Speed

A digital art book of Star Wars: Galactic Racer will be released alongside the Deluxe Edition of the new video game.
The publisher’s summary is as follows: “The Star Wars: Galactic Racer™ Digital Art Book showcases never-before-seen character, vehicle, and location artwork from the development of Star Wars: Galactic Racer.”
October 6 – Star Wars: Star Pilots

Chris Kempshall pens an in-universe manuscript written by Wedge Antilles about the careers of top fighter pilots.

October 8 – Young Jedi Adventures: The Young Jedi audiobook

An audiobook adaptation of the Young Jedi Adventures episode “The Young Jedi” debuts exclusively on Audible this month.
The publisher’s summary is as follows: “Younglings Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs are training to be Jedi Knights. Master Yoda sends them to an outpost temple on the planet of Tenoo. But before they reach the new temple, they have to learn how to work together to stop some greedy pirates.”
October 13 – Star Wars: Boba Fett – Black, White & Red Treasury Edition

A trade paperback compilation of Marvel Comics’ Boba Fett miniseries will be released this month.

October 13 – Star Wars: The Phantom Menace: A Visual Archive

A behind-the-scenes reference book about The Phantom Menace published by Insight Editions and written by S.T. Bende, Kelly Knox, Amy Richau, and Clayton Sandell will be released this month.

October 14 – Rogue One – Chirrut & Baze 1

Chapter 3 of The Book of Boba Fett is adapted into a comic book written by Rodney Barnes and illustrated by Will Sliney and Rachelle Rosenberg this month.

A Rogue One prequel comic focused on Darth Vader will debut this month from writer Chris Condon and illustrator Luke Ross.
